New Build Home (Antrim)
Constructed during 2009, this large detatched home was built on a plans-to-completion basis by EOR Builders.
Renovation Project (Belfast)
This large detached house in South Belfast was purchased by the client with the intention to extend and completly renovate the property. This work was entrusted to EO'R Builders and the work carried out included:- disassemble rear external wall and clean original bricks by hand
- build extension and sunroom to rear of property
- rebuild exterior wall using original period bricks
- repoint all external brickwork
New Build Home (Castlewellan)
Making extensive use of decorative stonework this house was built by EO'R Builders on a plans-to-completion basis. The external stonework was mirrored internally where it was used to create a feature fireplace in the living room.
New-Build Home (Banbridge)
EO'R Builders was contracted on a plans-to-completion basis to build this two-storey home with sunroom and extended kitchen to rear.
New-Build Home (Leitrim)
An original development by Eo'R Builders for resale, this home was finished to a very high standard in a scenic and peaceful setting. In order that the purchaser could customise the final finish, PC Sums were included for kitchen and bathroom fittings and appliances. Specifications included:
- 5 large bedrooms (one en-suite)
- sunroom with views over open countryside
- distinctive finish to fascia and soffit
- pressurised hot water system
Renovated Home (Ballyward)
Replacing an existing dwelling, this project required EO'R Builders to rebuild existing walls at the front and add a substantial extension to the rear. A consistent appearance to old and new parts of the building was required internally and externally.
New-Build Home (Rathfriland)
Working on a plans-to-completion basis, EO'R Builders constructed this new-build home with horse stables and garage to the rear.
New-Build Home (Ballyward)
This five-bedroom detached home with garage was constructed by EO'R Builders on a plans to completion basis. The property benefits from decorative stonework to the front, a games room over the garage and a spacious, light-filled sunroom.
